Terms of Service

Effective April 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of LeadX.ai (“LeadX,” “we,” “us”). By signing up, you agree to them. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.

Operator: LeadX.ai is a product of Okanagan AeroBarrier Inc., a British Columbia corporation. Registered office: Kelowna, BC, Canada.

1. The service

LeadX is a vertical SaaS CRM purpose-built for AeroBarrier air-sealing dealers. It includes pipeline management, AI-assisted outreach drafting, SMS via Twilio, permit ingestion, certificate generation, and related features. We add and remove features over time; we’ll tell you before removing anything material.

2. Eligibility

You must be (a) at least 18 years old, (b) authorized to use AeroBarrier-related trademarks in your marketing if you use LeadX’s AeroBarrier-specific templates, and (c) not located in a country subject to Canadian or US sanctions.

3. Accounts

4. Plans and payment

Pay Once tier

Pay Once tiers (Solo, Team, Enterprise) consist of a one-time setup fee plus a monthly maintenance subscription. Both are billed on signup through a single Stripe checkout. The maintenance subscription continues month-to-month until cancelled.

Subscribe tier

Subscribe tiers bill monthly in advance with no setup fee. Cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before increasing recurring fees. Your first renewal after the notice window reflects the new price.

Taxes

Prices are in USD and do not include sales tax, GST, HST, or VAT. Where we are required to collect, we will add it at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend your account immediately if your use puts our Twilio sender reputation at risk (carrier spam flags, high opt-out rates) or triggers Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 abuse signals.

6. Your data, our responsibilities

7. Third-party integrations

LeadX integrates with Stripe, Twilio, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, QuickBooks, and others. These services have their own terms, and your use of them through LeadX is subject to those terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes at third-party providers, though we will work to minimize their impact on you.

8. Intellectual property

LeadX, including the code, design, and AI prompts, is owned by Okanagan AeroBarrier Inc. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use LeadX during your paid subscription. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership.

Feedback you provide about the product may be used by us without obligation or compensation, though we will never publicly attribute it to you without permission.

9. AI output

LeadX uses Anthropic’s Claude to generate draft outreach, call briefs, and similar content. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before sending. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your recipients.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, LeadX is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of implied warranties; in those jurisdictions the disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LeadX harmless from claims arising out of (a) your breach of these terms, (b) your violation of law in your use of LeadX, or (c) content you upload that infringes a third party’s rights.

13. Term and termination

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes get at least 30 days’ email notice to dealers. If you keep using LeadX after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Kelowna, BC, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue there.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
